Collision & Paint

Restore Your RV
Inside & Out.

A low-clearance awning, an unexpected tree branch, a tight campground turn โ€” collision damage happens. RV Time specializes in structural and cosmetic repair that brings your coach back to factory condition, not just "close enough."

Collision Repair We Handle

RV body damage is fundamentally different from car body damage. The substrates are different โ€” aluminum framing, fiberglass skin, ABS plastic, wood framing โ€” and the repair techniques have to match. We have experience with every type of RV construction.

๐Ÿ’ฅ

Impact & Collision

From corner scrapes to major side damage โ€” we assess structural integrity first, then address cosmetic restoration.

๐ŸŽจ

Factory-Match Paint

We use computerized paint matching to blend new work with existing panels. The goal is invisible repairs, not obvious patches.

๐Ÿ”ฒ

Fiberglass Repair

Stress cracks, punctures, and broken corners in fiberglass sidewalls and caps are repaired, not covered. Structural integrity first.

๐Ÿ“‹

Sidewall Delamination

When the outer skin separates from the substrate, it's often caused by water intrusion. We address the source and rebond or replace affected panels.

๐ŸชŸ

Window & Seal Replacement

Cracked, fogged, or leaking windows replaced with matching OEM-spec units. Proper sealing prevents future water damage.

๐Ÿš

Slideout Repair

Bent or damaged slideout housing, worn seals, and structural damage to slideout floors and walls.

RV Paint: Why It's Different From Cars

RV paint jobs cover vastly larger surfaces than cars and often involve graphics, decals, and multi-panel color matching across different materials. A high-quality paint repair on an RV requires expertise in spray technique, blending, and clear coat application across flexible and rigid substrates. We've been doing it for years.

We can also handle full coach repaints โ€” if you're ready to update the look of an older coach or want to restore sun-faded gel coat and clear coat to a like-new finish, we'll give you an honest estimate.

Does Your Insurance Cover This?

Collision damage and comprehensive damage (hail, falling objects, weather) are typically covered. We work directly with your insurer โ€” see our insurance claims page for details on how we handle that process.

How long does collision repair take?

It depends heavily on the extent of damage and parts availability. Minor body work may take a few days; significant structural and paint work can take 2โ€“3 weeks. We provide a timeline in every estimate.

Can you match my RV's original graphics?

In most cases, yes โ€” either through decal reproduction or paint striping. We'll assess your specific coach and let you know what's achievable.

My RV has faded badly โ€” is that repairable?

Oxidized and faded gel coat or clear coat can often be restored through compounding and polishing. If it's beyond that, a spot repaint or full respray may be the right call.
